In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, if a customer requests disclosure of his/her own personal data held by us (the “Retained Personal Data”), we will respond to the request within a reasonable period and scope after confirming the identity of the customer making the request in writing or otherwise as required.
7. Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, in cases where a customer requests correction, addition or deletion of the Retained Personal Data, if any information is found to be incorrect, we will correct, add, or delete the relevant information within a reasonable period and scope after confirming the identity of the customer making the request in writing or otherwise as required.
8. Discontinuance of Use, etc. of Personal Information
In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, if a customer requests discontinuance of use or deletion of the Retained Personal Data (Discontinuance of Use, etc.), we will respond to the request within a reasonable period and scope after confirming the identity of the customer making the request in writing or otherwise as required. Please note that we may not accept requests for Discontinuance of Use, etc. of Personal Information that we retain in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Inquiries about Personal Information
We will accept the requests described above and other inquiries regarding the Retained Personal Data in the following method. Please note that we may not be able to respond to any request for disclosure, etc. that is not based on such method.
